Routerbazaar or the "Company" requires that its Client(s) understand and agree to certain policies and procedures related to product returns (defective or not). Acceptance of - and compliance with - these policies and procedures is required in order to effect the company's warranty programs (see "Routerbazaar Standard 90 Days Replacement Warranty" for retail clients; wholesale clients should contact their sales representative for applicable warranty).

 

Routerbazaar Policies

Product Returns

Returns of Working Product
Product returns are subject to Routerbazaar approval and at the Company's sole discretion, Routerbazaar will issue a refund - less a 20% re-stocking fee - on all returns of working product, provided that the following conditions are met: 

  • Client follows the requisite procedures described below (see "Procedures: Returns of Working Product").
  • Client returns product within 10 calendar days from the original date of purchase.
  • Client returns product in the condition in which it was delivered (all product received otherwise will not be accepted).
  • Product received after 10 calendar days will not be accepted by Routerbazaar and will not be eligible for refund or credit.
  • Warranties, service agreements, etc. are not eligible for return; contact your sales representative if you have any questions about product eligibility.. 

Procedure:

  1. If you (the client) would like to return a product, and it is still within 30 calendar days from the original date of purchase, please contact your sales representative first.
  2. If the return is approved by Routerbazaar, your sales representative will require you to sign and fax back Routerbazaar "RMA Form."
    A refund will not occur without the completion and receipt of this form.
  3. You must re-package the product such that Routerbazaar receives it in the same condition in which it was originally delivered. Working product must be received by Routerbazaar within 30 calendar days of original receipt.
  4. In all cases (unless a product is shipped in error), the client accepts responsibility for the cost of freight (both original and return shipment).

Returns of Non-Working/Defective Product

Routerbazaar will replace all non-working/defective ("defective") product overnight (on a best-efforts basis) provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Client follows the requisite procedures described below (see "Procedures: Returns of Working Product").

To ensure your matter is handled properly, please note the following policies:

  • Defective product must be returned to / received by Routerbazaar within 14 calendar days upon receipt of a replacement product, or it will not be accepted by Routerbazaar.

  • If defective product is not returned to / received by Routerbazaar within 14 calendar days, the client will be charged the full purchase price of both the defective product and the replacement product.

  • Client will be issued a refund at the sole discretion of Routerbazaar if an item cannot be replaced in a timely manner.

Procedure:

  1. If your (the client's) product appears to be defective or is not functioning properly, please contact your sales representative first to troubleshoot the matter.

  2. If Routerbazaar approves the return of a non-working/defective ("defective") product, your sales representative will require you to sign and fax back Routerbazaar RMA Form. A replacement will not occur without the completion and receipt of this form.

  3. After completing the RMA form, re-package the defective product such that Routerbazaar receives it in the same condition in which it was originally delivered. Defective product must be returned within 7 calendar days of replacement (see policies above).

  4. In most cases, Routerbazaar will accept responsibility for the cost of freight.

  5. In the event Routerbazaar cannot replace your product in a timely fashion, Routerbazaar will issue a refund.

Warranty
Routerbazaar Standard 90 Days Replacement Warranty

  • Every piece of networking equipment sold by Routerbazaar is fully-guaranteed and comes with a standard 90 days warranty.*

  • Routerbazaar standard warranty is only available on equipment sold by Routerbazaar on or after July 1, 2004.

  • Advanced overnight replacement (on a best-efforts basis) for defective equipment also comes standard.

  • Routerbazaar warranties and returns are subject to acceptance of, and compliance with, Routerbazaar policies and procedures as described above and on Routerbazaar RMA form.

How is Routerbazaar Standard Warranty Different?
Most original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and used equipment resellers offer a standard 30 days warranty on networking equipment; Routerbazaar offers 90 Days ! Advanced overnight replacement is typically unavailable with most warranties, but comes standard with Routerbazaar 90 Days. Technical support services are often offered for a fee.

Extended Warranties Available
Routerbazaar offers 1-year to 5-year warranty options as well as a lifetime warranty. Contact your sales representative for additional information.
* Retail, end-user clients only. Wholesale clients should contact their sales representative for eligible terms. 
 

Warranty & Return Policy
A Routerbazaar Solutions appreciates your business. Great care has been taken to insure your order is accurate and in excellent condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following policies and procedures have been established to assist you and to help us promptly process your claim.

Please note that all equipment, unless otherwise stated, is guaranteed to be in excellent working condition. Routerbazaar does not guarantee compatibility, upgrade-ability, or any other functionality other than its intended use.

Return Policy
If you need to return a non-defective product, you must notify Routerbazaar, within five (5) days of the receipt date for authorization to make arrangements and receive return instructions. All packages must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order to receive a refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returns. Shipping charges incurred for equipment returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser, as well as the original charges. In addition, special order items may not be eligible for a return.

Warranty Policy
Any equipment purchased from Routerbazaar is guaranteed to be the equipment specified on the buyer's purchase order and is to be shipped in good physical and working condition. All Cisco equipment shall have a Three Month (90 Days) warranty (equipment from other manufacturers comes with a 30 day warranty unless otherwise noted) *. Routerbazaar will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of items found to be defective, within the previously stated limitations and with the following exceptions: 

Equipment determined by Routerbazaar to have been ABUSED, MISUSED, ALTERED, NEGLECTED, LOST, or DAMAGED in shipment.
Equipment offered on an "AS IS" basis.

* Due to Routerbazaar non-guarantee of compatibility or upgrade-ability, the Three Month warranty provision excludes all Servers, Desktops, and Laptops. Unless otherwise stated these items will carry a thirty (30) day warranty from the date of sale.

ANY ATTEMPT TO REPAIR EQUIPMENT BY ANY COMPANY OR INDIVIDUAL BEFORE NOTIFICATION OF CLAIM TO Routerbazaar WILL AUTOMATICALLY VOID ALL WARRANTIES AND ALL EXPENSES INCURRED ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. This warranty is applicable to the original registered purchaser of the equipment from Routerbazaar and is non-transferable. Equipment serial numbers must match Routerbazaar original sales order.


To Obtain Warranty Service
If any equipment shipped from Routerbazaar is found to be defective during the warranty period, please contact Routerbazaar, and have the following information available:

  • Sales invoice number or Sales order number or Customer PO number
  • Serial and part number(s) of the defective equipment
  • Specific problem with product and reason for return
  • Date of original purchase

If Routerbazaar, determines that it is necessary to return the equipment, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. If replacement equipment is sent, it will be shipped to the customer via our preferred carrier after the original equipment has been received by Routerbazaar. In the event that advance replacement equipment is sent out, the customer will be billed for the replacement equipment. A credit will then be issued upon receipt of the original equipment. ANY EQUIPMENT RETURNED FOR ANY OTHER REASON THAN DEFECTIVE PURPOSES IS SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE PLUS FREIGHT CHARGES. In addition, any equipment returned as defective that has been found to be operable by Routerbazaar, will be subject to a 5000 Rs Technical Service Fee.

RMA’s are valid for up to Seven (07) days. If on the Seventh business day from the issue of the RMA the equipment is not received or at least confirmation of shipping, such as a tracking number, is given the RMA will be voided. Any packages received not complying with these requirements will be denied and returned to the shipper at their expense. Any such credits and/or refunds will then also be subject to cancellation.

If a product, being returned is damaged while in transit, a refund will not be issued until after the claim has been settled with the carrier.


Selling Equipment to Routerbazaar
Routerbazaar honors its commitments and expects equipment suppliers to do the same. If we buy equipment that is not in good physical and working condition with valid serial numbers, we expect vendors to refund payments or replace the item within one week. Routerbazaar will only buy from legitimate suppliers who have clear and free title to the equipment.


All items are subject to testing and inspection. Must be original product with valid serial numbers, contain all available documentation, original software, rack mount hardware and power cord. Any items deemed counterfeit by Routerbazaar will be immediately returned at Seller's expenses and any form of payment cancelled. Defective items within the warranty period will be replaced or refunded within ten business days.


Equipments shall arrive at Routerbazaar on or before agreed upon delivery date. Seller is responsible for appropriate packing of equipment. .

Privacy Policy
Routerbazaar is committed to respecting your privacy. Routerbazaar provides this online privacy statement to make you aware of our privacy policy and practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we have links available on our homepage, newsletter subscription page and from the bottom of every Routerbazaar Web page.

In general, you can visit Routerbazaar without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself.

However, there are times when we may need information from you, such as your name, business address and e-mail address. We may also ask that you respond to questions similar to the following: What is your primary business focus? What products are you primarily interested in? How did you find this site? When Routerbazaar receives information about your session or about you, we may use it for research or to improve our site and the services we offer you. We will ask you if you want us to use that information to continue contact with you by Routerbazaar via e-mail or other means, for example, to send you new product information or notification of special offers. If you do not want us to contact you, you can choose to "unsubscribe" or “opt-out,” and Routerbazaar will respect your wishes.

Routerbazaar will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others. Routerbazaar will not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first letting you know and offering you a choice. As previously stated, we will also provide you the opportunity to let us know if you do not wish to receive unsolicited direct marketing materials from us and we will do everything we can to honor such requests. Local country laws and policies are applied where they differ from those in the U.S.

In general, IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) are logged to track a user's session while the user remains anonymous. We analyze this data for certain trends and statistics, such as which parts of our site users are visiting and how long they spend there. In general, we do not link your IP addresses to anything personally identifiable to you.

Some Routerbazaar web pages use "cookies," which are small files that may be placed on your hard disk for record-keeping purposes. A cookie helps us remember who you are. It is like when someone frequently visits a certain store, the clerk may not know the customer by name, but recognizes the customer and knows some of that customer's preferences. Rental terms

If the equipment is electrically burnt that is the responsibility of customer.
  1. If the equipment is physically damage then customer has to pay the cost of the equipment.
  2. Maximum grace period of rent is 5 days after that customer has to pay the rent of next month.
  3. Before give the router is checked by the customer engg. And we will return back it in working condition.
  4. Rental charges should be paid in advance
  5. Taxes as applicable are the customer responsibility.

  • All used equipments does not comes with manufacturer license/software. Buyer may contact the manufacturer directly for licensing/software requirement.
  • For used products manufacturer will not be held liable for any kind of support and service.

In Addition
Routerbazaar, will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any manufacturer's defects. We also recommend submitting warranty registration forms to the manufacturer to receive the best possible warranty service response. Failure to submit warranty registration forms will delay response from the manufacturer's field service personnel. Warranty upgrades on hardware/software are encouraged to improve response time and service duration.
